Our story begins five years before we actually met, in 2019, when we both made decisions that would alter the course of our lives.

In 2023, both Madison and Damian ended up working in the same small town in Georgia, only five minutes from each other. They joke that they must have passed each other in traffic every day, but never met.

In April of 2024, Madison had requested to transfer to the new Raleigh locations her company was opening, and at the same time, Damian had decided he was going to move to Raleigh when he completed his service in the Army.

In June of 2024, Damian moved to an apartment in downtown Raleigh. On his way there, he asked the universe to send him a wife. In August, 2024, Madison moved to an apartment in downtown Raleigh. On her way there, she prayed that God would send her a husband. Somehow, for a second time, they ended up living five minutes away from each other.

Damian and Madison met four days after Madison moved into her apartment.

Our story has continued to blossom since then, and is only getting better. Cheers to forever!
